About Curident
What is it that makes Curident described as soothing and gentle brushing?
Firstly our toothbrush design features a compact bristle head that features extra soft , feathered PBT bristles. In addition we have avoided harsh foaming agents such as sodium lauryl sulfate and alcohol which
may sting sensitive oral tissue. Many
patients with oral complications complain of irritating mint flavor and so we formulated a gentle tutti frutti. In
addition, we added a variety of natural
ingredients such as aloe barbadensis and chamomile recutita which are known to be anti-inflammatory to irritated tissues. The addition of Hap, hydroxyapatite has been proven to reduce gum inflammation.
Is Hydroxyapatite safe and non-toxic?
Yes, HAp, Hydroxyapatite is biocompatible. It is the primary mineral naturally found in
human teeth and bones, the body does not recognize it as a foreign substance,
making it less likely to cause irritation.
What is the purpose of eugenol in the Curident toothpaste formulation?
Eugenol which is derived from clove oil has a long history of dental usage dating back to the 19th century and has been
used in low doses to manage pain as well as for its antimicrobial properties. It is utilized in the Curident formulation to provide a very slight numbing effect which allows the patient to gently brush while experiencing oral sensitivity.
Do I need to consult an oncologist before using Curident?
There are no drugs in the Curident toothpaste formulation. If you have any questions, it is always
advisable to speak with your dentist or cancer care team.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the continental US typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for 1–2 business day delivery. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days ship the same day.
Do you ship internationally?

How do I subscribe and save?
Select any product on our store and choose the "Subscribe & Save" option before adding to cart. You'll save 10% on every order and enjoy free shipping. Your subscription will auto-renew at the frequency you choose so you never run out.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can log in to your account at any time to skip a shipment, change the delivery frequency, swap products, update your payment method, or cancel entirely. Changes made before your next billing date will apply to the upcoming order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales made through the Curident website are considered final. Due to health safety concerns, we are unable to accept Curident returns. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@Curident.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
